Pastor Josh was married last week to Natalie Long (now Natalie Carlson) and it was an exciting time. Pastor Brian was able to fly to Manchester in the United Kingdom to participate in the wedding. Pictures from the wedding will be available soon on the CCK website.
Coming up fast is the Living in the Last Days crusade. CCK, Far Reaching Ministries, and Maranatha Chapel, will be hosting the five day event beginning the 12th of October. We have started the advertising campaign on TV, radio, and printed media. There are also t-shirts available with the message, “Jesus is Coming…” and on the back, “Are You Ready??” There are seven hundred available so stop by the church soon to get yours! Please be in prayer for the upcoming crusade. It is not by might nor by power but by God’s Spirit that this will be a success, and prayer is essentially connected to the working of the Holy Spirit. We need you to help us in prayer!Pray for Josh and Natalie as they start their new life together. The Bible says that two are better than one so we hope that Josh’s productivity will double when he returns to Kampala on the 9th of October.
Continue to lift up the additional Sunday morning service. More people are attending the early morning service, and it is giving additional space for newcomers at the ten o’clock service.Please pray for Matthew Kasujja and Anne Ofumbi as they lead worship.
